Your CHP has been expired for over 60 days. You will need to perform the training class again and receive a new training certificate. Once you have your new training certificate, you will need to apply for a NEW CHP permit.

If an appointment is not available in the system prior to your CHP expiring, you will need to come down to the Columbus County Sheriff's office to apply in person.
